I am always looking for ways to cut back on added sugars and enjoy naturally sweet foods at the same time and this blueberry lemon chia jam makes the list! I had a container of sad bitter tasting blueberries and just before they were about to get thrown out I decided to make jam out of it...I have never made jam before and this was so easy to make that I can't believe I have never done it.
This recipe is 4 simple ingredients: Blueberry, lemon, chia seeds, and cinnamon, that is it!
Although the ingredients are simple the nutrition is jam-packed, pun intended😂
