Sweets you don’t have to bake!? When I heard about these a few years back I was a bit skeptical but they are so easy and convenient to make, store, and eat.
This recipe provides so much ease and convenience to make for college students in the dorm room, kids at home who aren’t allowed to use the oven without an adult present, and those who are just impatient to wait for the goodies to bake!
No bake energy balls are great for on-the-go snacks to satisfy you for a few of hours, hold you over until your next meal, or if you do not have a lot of time to eat...anyone have that issue?!
The healthy fats from the peanut butter and the oats from the fiber make this snack unexpectedly filling. I love to recommend these snacks to everyone (over the age of two) but especially to athletes and breastfeeding mommas. For athletes the protein and calories make it a good post-workout snack. For my breastfeeding mamas the oats are contains galactogogues, a substance known to aid in increase milk supply. I hope you enjoy the recipe and as always message or tag me if you make them!
